Having worked in the IT industry for over thirty years at various levels of management I can demonstrate a strong ability to motivate, coordinate and manage successful teams and organising tasks from estimating and planning, working with business users and customers, developing as well as delivering status reporting, through to successful completion. I am a proactive individual with a logical approach to challenges, performing effectively within a highly pressurised, business-led working environment.

My main achievements include:

• The building of several highly successful teams in a variety of industries
• Establishing a team within IBM, reaching $2million earnings within two years
• leading early IBM thinking on agile development testing
